Paul Jun
General Partner
Paul Jun is Co-Founder and Managing Partner, investing in AI native companies. He combines operator depth with institutional investing experience, previously at Index Ventures where he backed Datadog and Built, and as CFO of Pilot (AI Accounting), where he helped scale the startup into a Series C AI unicorn.
Earlier, Paul was VP of Finance at Dropbox from Series B to IPO, has a degree from Harvard and began his career at Morgan Stanley. A technologist at heart, he started coding at 13 and is now an avid user of Codex and Claude Code.
Paul partners closely with founders on company building, especially around hyper scaling, talent, fundraising and financial strategy.
Jeff Arnold
General Partner
Jeff Arnold is Co-Founder and General Partner at Depth Ventures, and a director at the OpenAI Foundation. He was an early team member at OpenAI, the sixth full-time employee, and has spent his career building and backing frontier technology companies.
Jeff has founded three startups, including Zulip (acquired by Dropbox) and Ksplice (acquired by Oracle), and most recently Pilot, a Sequoia-backed AI accounting company that raised over $170 million.
A computer scientist by training, Jeff holds two degrees from MIT and works closely with founders on building deeply technical, enduring companies.
